Yoga arrived into my life in 2014. I quickly fell in love and completed my 200-hour certification with Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts in April 2016. My primary goal is to help you realize that you can live a happier, healthier, easier life by making the decision to do so. I use the practices of yoga and meditation to demonstrate this concept. 

One definition of Yoga is Union. Union of the mind, body, and spirit. By recognizing and connecting with these three facets of yourself, you can live a life of higher good. In the end, I would like to help you learn how a happier Self will be beneficial to all - you, your family, coworkers, friends, people you pass in the grocery store, your mail person, other drivers ;) and on and on.
