Thai Yoga Massage is a healing touch practice that is performed on a large floor cushion wearing loose, comfortable clothing. Samantha will use a combination of palming massage and gentle yet deep passive stretches to help relax muscles, loosen joints, and create space in your body and mind. You will receive all the wonderful benefits of a Yoga class without doing any of the work.

Samantha combines the use of essential oils, breathing, and relaxing music to create a safe and nurturing space. Her goal is to allow you to relax, to feel good in your body, and to spend purposeful quiet time with yourself.

Thai Yoga Massage is great for everyone, and experience with Yoga is not required. Perfect for athletes, people with acute and chronic injuries, and anyone in need of relaxation and self-care.
